We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician , you’ll play a vital role in supporting pharmacists and ensuring safe, efficient medication distribution. This role focuses on unit-dose preparation, medication handling, and sterile compounding in a hospital setting.
Accurately pull and prepare medications based on pharmacist-reviewed orders
Fill and deliver unit-dose cassettes to nursing units
Maintain and restock medication inventory across departments
Rotate stock and remove expired medications
Assist with receiving, pricing, and stocking deliveries
Prepare IV medications (sterile compounding required)
Process returns, backorders, and supplier documentation
Support pharmacy operations with additional assigned duties
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
Education:
High School Diploma or GED ( preferred )
Associate or technical degree ( preferred )
