The ideal candidate holds an FAA ATP Helicopter certificate with a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours, a current First Class medical, and is enrolled in an FAA-compliant drug and alcohol testing program. H145 experience is strongly preferred. Single pilot turbine experience is required. Candidates must have a clean FAA record with no accidents, incidents, or violations.

Do you require training to fly our Airbus H145 D3 for us today?
Are you willing to fly exclusively for a private family? This requires an anytime and can do attitude with an exceptional level of professionalism. This also means you cannot fly for anyone else.
Do you live in South West Florida? If not, are you willing to relocate?
Available start date?
Are you capable of managing our helicopter program in its entirety? This includes flight planning, flight logs, coordinating with our Director of Maintenance, coordinating with the airport and staff, staying current with all updates, etc.
Are you willing to work 7-5 M-Th and 7-4 Friday here at the family office in South Fort Myers when not flying? Duties will include helping run the family office, administrative tasks, parts ordering, screening candidates etc.
Can you stay out of town for multiple nights? When you are out of town with the helicopter it is expected that you will be drug and alcohol free and able to fly at a moments notice.
Are you able to fly anytime? You will be given time off of 8 days per month.
Are you willing and capable of cleaning the helicopter? Flushing the engines, washing it, cleaning inside, taking care of the hangar. Whatever it takes to take care of the helicopter and the program.
Are you willing to go to the hangar in Naples when our Director of Maintenance is there? Typically alternating Thursday or Friday evenings
Are you able to pass a drug test at all times?
