A well-established community health organization is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to join its team.

This outpatient opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with zero call obligations—your schedule strictly aligns with standard clinic operating hours. You will work alongside a supportive team of clinical and administrative professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse pediatric patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
  • Board Credentials: Board Certified in Pediatrics.

  • Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience and credentials
  • Regular day schedule with no after-hours or weekend call requirements
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health coverage
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Malpractice insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings options

Note on Compensation & Hiring Requirements: Final base salary and overall financial packages will be verified and determined by the organization based on your documented years of experience, specialized certifications, and relevant clinical or professional background. All job offers are strictly contingent upon the successful completion of standard pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug screenings, health/immunization verifications, and full credentialing.

Note on Employment Status: The comprehensive benefits package detailed above is explicitly offered for full-time positions. Eligible benefits may vary or be prorated for alternative employment arrangements.
