Our services, including court filing, eFiling, service of process, court reporting, eDiscovery, record retrieval, digital, and investigations, work together to create a personalized and effortless client experience.The Courier's role is to pick up/drop off documents, mail, packages, boxes, and other items and deliver to businesses and residences throughout Maricopa County and surrounding areas. They will also be required to file documents at the County Courthouses, obtain record requests from the records department, make copies of records, complete limited process serving requests, submit request for police reports, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pick up/drop off documents, mail, packages, boxes, and other items and deliver to businesses and residencesFile documents at the County CourthousesObtain record requests from the records department, and copies of recordsComplete limited process serving requestsSubmit request for police reportsEstablish strong working relationship with clientsInform Supervisor of any problemsJob Qualifications:Must use own vehicle (Access to a truck, van, or large SUV is a plus)Valid Driver's license and clean driving record (2 points or less)Valid Auto Insurance – checked quarterlyMust pass background checkCourier or driving experience requiredAbility to be professional and helpful to all clientsGood verbal and written communication skillsHighly self-motivated and directedGood problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail is criticalDrive in a courteous manner and follow all traffic lawsHigh School graduate or GED equivalentAdditional Requirements:MUST be able to lift and carry boxes weighing 50 lbs.May use dolly to assist with large box deliveriesBe willing to work overtime as neededSchedule/Location:Location: Phoenix, AZHours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pmCompensation and Benefits$18 per hour plus mileage reimbursementMedical, Dental, and Vision coveragePaid Time Off401(k) with company matchingAnd much more!Application and Recruiting InformationFirst Legal is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any characteristics protected under the law.
