Job-ID: 6204Location: LAWRENCE, PA, United States; PLANO, TX, United States; Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaSchedule: Full timePosted: 2026-08-20Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory & Product Compliance OwnershipOwn and interpret product‑level regulatory requirements, including but not limited to RoHS, REACH, PFAO/PFOS, CRA, CE, FCC, UL/IEC (e.g., 62368‑1), AQAP, ITAR, and customer‑specific compliance mandatesDetermine regulatory applicability by product, geography, and end‑marketServe as the authoritative compliance subject‑matter expert for TPS productsProduct Lifecycle CompliancePartner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure products are designed to meet applicable compliance requirementsReview and approve compliance evidence during product introduction, change management, and end‑of‑life activitiesLead compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans for new products and product changesSupplier & Manufacturing ComplianceDefine supplier compliance requirements in collaboration with Supply Chain and QualityEnsure collection, validation, and maintenance of supplier declarations (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, CSR, counterfeit prevention)Support Operations and Contract Manufacturers in meeting compliant build, traceability, and documentation requirementsParticipate in supplier audits and corrective action processes as neededCertifications, Documentation & DeclarationsOwn and approve Declarations of Conformity and consolidated compliance statementsSupport Operations in issuing Certificates of Compliance tied to production lotsMaintain centralized compliance documentation repositories and ensure audit readinessAudit, Customer & Program SupportServe as the primary compliance interface for customer audits, certifications, and regulatory inquiriesSupport Sales and Program Management with accurate responses to customer compliance requests and RFPsParticipate in internal, customer, and certification audits; lead follow‑up actions as requiredGovernance, Training & Continuous ImprovementEstablish and maintain compliance processes, standards, and work instructionsProvide compliance training and guidance to Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teamsMonitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to existing and future productsDrive continuous improvement in compliance effectiveness and cycle timeQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of direct experience with product compliance for embedded hardware appliance10+ years overall experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality in a hardware or technology manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of global product regulatory frameworks (ex. RoHS, REACH, PFOA/PFOS, CRA, CE, FCC, IEC/UL standards)Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturersProven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authorityStrong documentation, analytical, and audit‑management skillsPreferredExperience in defense, critical infrastructure, networking, or regulated markets (e.g., NATO, government, aviation, utilities)Familiarity with export controls and trade compliance (ITAR/EAR) in collaboration with LegalISO 9001 / AQAP experienceExperience supporting customer‑driven compliance requirements in complex B2B environmentsKey CompetenciesRegulatory interpretation and judgmentCross‑functional leadershipDetail orientation with executive‑level perspectiveClear written and verbal communicationPragmatic, business‑aware compliance mindset#LI-VB1
