As a 2027 Summer Sales Intern at Premier Roofing, you’ll spend your summer learning how a high-performing sales team operates while making a real impact for homeowners in storm-affected communities . You’ll be out in the field, not behind a desk — talking with homeowners, learning to spot storm damage, and helping connect them with a trusted roofing partner.

• Learn and apply Premier Roofing’s proven sales process, from the first conversation at the door through setting follow-up appointments.
• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods, introducing Premier Roofing to homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
• Identify and document potential exterior storm damage to support homeowners in submitting insurance claims.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process and the value of working with a reputable roofing contractor.
• Track daily activity, appointments, and results, and take ownership of meeting your personal performance goals.
• Participate actively in training sessions and ongoing coaching with your leadership team.
• Collaborate with fellow interns and sales teammates to share best practices, celebrate wins, and support each other.
• Embody Premier Roofing’s values through professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Bring energy to the field and celebrate victories with your team.

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate who is hungry to learn and grow, not just earn a summer paycheck.
• Competitive , outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Coachability — you’re open to feedback, eager to practice, and willing to try new approaches.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with homeowners.
• Resilience and grit — you’re motivated by challenges and can handle rejection without losing energy.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license , and the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
• Prior sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
